A work of art by the great sculptor from Faenza Domenico Rambelli carried out at a young age

Explaination: A work of art by the young Domenico Rambelli (1886 – 1972), who is today recognised as being a great of the Italian sculpturing scene of the entire twentieth century. Rambelli made this mighty bronze bust, on a pedestal with a figured plinth frieze, also in bronze, in 1908, at the very young age of 22.Raffaele Pasi (1819 – 1890), a nobleman of Faenza of liberal education, stood out for his many patriotic achievements and for his participation in the Wars of Independence as commander first of all and then as general.

Directions: Piazza Pasi (practically unknown by this name) is on the corner between viale Baccarini and via Campidori and it is basically the green area that lies in front of the International Ceramics Museum. The monument is in the centre of the lawn.
