Tourist offices:

Abstract monument by the sculptor Carlo Zauli, located in a pleasant position inside the Parco Bucci park.

Explaination: The classic stele “blowing in the wind” (a theme that was very dear to Zauli who created different versions and interpretations, of all different sizes), was placed here in May 1986. It is a column structure of an archaic feel, which seems to be tormented by a thousand ruffles that are nearly floating away. The crests and the folds are emphasised by truly delicate amaranth shades that stand out, without contrasting it, on the white-grey (“bianco Zauli” – Zauli white) background.

Directions: Being inside a public town park, this opera can be seen every day during the opening hours of the park itself, from 8.00 a.m. until sunset. The park is located on the western side of the large ex- Piazza d’Armi square, which is easy to reach from via Oberdan by means of the piazzale “A.Pancrazi” square. The sculpture itself is located along the lane that from the entrance leads to the right (north), about one hundred metres from the gate.
