Cuffiano Parish Church.
Description: After the 1940-45 war which brought the destruction of the Parish Church in Ossano, the new Church was built in what is now the Parish of Cuffiano and is dedicated to Sant’Andrea Apostolo. The Church, built in the 1950’s, has a beautiful bronze crucifix above the altar made by sculptor Bertozzi and donated to the church in 1998. On the right hand wall there is a ceramic sculpture by Sante Ghinassi, worth noting are the Stations of the cross made from sheets of zinc by Bernardelli Cappi an artist from Milan. There are only two other examples of this type of Via Crucis one in Manila and the other the property of the Arch Bishop of Mantova. Carefully contained in a safe in the vestry is an image of the Madonna del Buon Consiglio, probably from 1700. The rectory and parish functions are to the left of the church.
