Tourist offices:

Description: Not a very big park (less than 9000 square metres) with around one thousand plants that are mainly shrubs (there are 140 trees), the Mita Park is however, of considerable importance for its recreational value and for the fact that it is situated in a suburb with little green areas that is penalised by industrial structures at the outskirts of the city. The park was created in the 1990’s.
The game facilities of the park are modern, well-conceived and well-constructed and consist of traditional play sets (slide, bars and ropes, etc.), a mini volleyball court and a sand pit for the little ones. From a botanic point of view, there are beautiful examples of white poplar trees together with a few pieces of pre-existing vegetation on the side of Via Ravegnana.

Directions: The easiest access to the park from the centre is via Corso Garibaldi; when you reach the end of the street, continue along the pedestrian-bicycle lane that goes under the railway line, immediately after, the park is situated on the right. Access by car requires the longer route of the overpass to Via Guerrini, then turn right into Via Ravegnana and proceed to the end of the street.
